I am a fully qualified, insured Personal Trainer with many years’ experience and a proven track record for delivering exceptional results for my clients. 

I have worked with a huge variety of people from athletes competing at high levels, to people wishing to live pain free and to those who simply want to improve their health, confidence and wellbeing. 

Based between Littlehampton and Bognor Regis at Middleton Sports Club, I will work closely with you and use my extensive knowledge to ensure you achieve your health and fitness goals using tailored training programmes, meal plans and life-style adjustments.
